Our Client is a leading multinational company providing business and technical helpdesk services to its prestigious Clients across Europe. We are currently looking for talented individuals for L2 Service Desk Agent position with German knowledge to their office in Pécs.
Feladatok
- Be responsible for complex tasks requiring high level of technical knowledge
- Works closely with Supervisors and Technical Support Specialists
- Provides technical training sessions to the agents
- Takes part in building knowledge base articles based on in-scope support requirements
Elvárások
- Relevant experience (min. 1 year) in Service Desk field
- Fluency in German
- Good knowledge in English
- Strong customer and team oriented behaviour
