About the role

The new colleague’s task will be to work as part of the Consulting / Technology Consulting team to define and lead IT projects.

The team provides professional advice and consultancy to clients in Hungary and occasionally in other CEE countries.

The group focuses on management advisory and consulting services in areas of business strategy, sales improvement, analytics, digital transformation, IT-enabled transformation.

Feladatok

Your responsibilities include but not limited to

• Proposal preparation and sales of engagements in IT areas
• Leading IT design and implementation projects that ensure high quality management advisory and delivery of the expected solutions to major local and international clients
• Understand clients’ business models, business objectives, front-office and back-office processes and operational issues and deliver supporting IT solutions in core banking systems or ERP systems, front-end solutions, architecture revision, digital transformation, system integration, DWH developments, etc.
• Project management responsibilities and support to sales and market development activities
• Support the execution of EY’s global methodologies by interpreting and implementing them in the context of local engagements

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience at recognized advisory firm as project manager
• Proven knowledge of ERP system or core system, database and integration technologies
• Experience in IT architect design and analysis
• Knowledge in interface technologies
• Functional requirement definition related project experience
• Strong computer literacy, advanced usage of MS Office and MS Project
• Economics or Engineering University Degree
• Fluent English & Hungarian
• Organized, results driven personality
• Ambitious, open, friendly attitude, strong internal drive to achieve more
